Overview
The TT Series are sealed pumps with PTFE screw-type lifting compressors suitable for medium viscosity liquids or solvents (up to 2000cP). Typical applications include the transfer of Inks, paints, solvents,, sodium hypochlorite, food products. FDA-compliant material options are available.
TT Series pumps are available with three tube lengths: 69cm, 102cm, and 122cm with a diameter of 4.1cm and a discharge size of 2.5cm. Tubes are constructed from 316SS or CPVC. The screw-type lifting compressor allows the passage of small particles with a PTFE bottom bearing/strainer preventing large solids from entering the pump.
Various motor options are available:
- TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) fixed speed IP54 units
- Air motors
Air motors are a lightweight and easy to handle option. They operate from a user-supplied compressed air source and so performance is dependent on the system setup. Variable speed is available from a supplied control valve and air motors are provided with muffler and control valve. Since an air motor is a non-electrical device, its use reduces the possibility of explosion from igniting flammables/combustibles.
A comprehensive range of accessories is available: flow meters, discharge tubing and nozzles, drum adapters, strainers and filters, mounting brackets and hoses.
